Lucas Ossendrijver : For S/S11 we focused on aerodynamic tailoring with a touch of activewear. We played with new volumes incorporating double zips and jackets that can turn into full coats.
Pleats give movement to the clothes, while the fabric is all about texture. The texture makes you want to touch it, creating an intimate and more personal approach to clothing. Creased fabric accentuates the volume, while elasticised waists on the trousers create a movement that adds to the aerodynamic feel.
Half sandals and shoes are made of lizard and snakeskin, teamed with ski straps, highlighting the theme of activewear for the collection.
